To use Society Player you need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian who allows it. By signing up, you confirm you are legally able to accept these Terms.

• Some features only work once you have a Society Player account.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for anything done with them.
• The details you give us when you register need to be true and complete.

• Society Player offers paid plans and, at times, free trials.
• Every plan renews on its own unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• By choosing a payment method, you let us charge it for the fees that apply to your plan.
• New members may be offered a free trial of [SP trial length]. When the trial ends, it becomes a paid plan unless you cancel before the last day.

• Streams are for your own personal viewing. Commercial use is not allowed.
• Do not copy, share or alter any content unless Society Player gives you written permission.
• Bots, scraping, reverse engineering and any other misuse of the platform are not allowed.

We cannot promise that a particular title or feature will stay available. We may change or remove content at any time without telling you first.

Society Player or its licensors own all content and trademarks on the Service. You may not use them without permission.

If you break these Terms, we may suspend or close your access. We decide this at our discretion and may do it with or without notice.

We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". Society Player is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
